Thompson Learning Co. – Pass or Refund Policy

Our Commitment to Your Success

Thompson Learning Co. is committed to helping you pass your certification exam. If you fully complete our program and still do not pass after two exam attempts, you may qualify for a refund under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  1. Complete the full course curriculum
    Complete all required lessons, modules, and activities as designed.

  2. Pass two mock final exams
    You must achieve a score of 80% or higher on at least two full-length mock exams within the course.

  3. Take the official exam twice
    You must attempt the official certification exam two times while actively using our study program.

  4. Submit results after your first failed attempt
    If you do not pass on your first attempt, you must email your official exam results to support@thompsonlearningco.com within 14 days so our instructors can provide targeted guidance.
  5. Submit results after your second failed attempt
    If you do not pass on your second attempt, you must submit your official exam results within 14 days to request a refund.

Once we verify your eligibility, we will process your refund and remove your access to the course.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not refundable under any circumstances:

  • Continued Education Courses

  • California Contractor Licensing Courses

  • Code books

  • Index Tabs / Turbo Tabs

  • Shipping and handling charges

Important Notes

  • We issue refunds only after we verify that all eligibility requirements are met.

  • Failure to submit exam results within the required timeframes may void refund eligibility.

  • This policy applies only to exam preparation courses and does not cover third-party fees or testing center costs.
