You have completed ECC's Continuing Education Program for CA Certified Electricians.
We have attached 1 copy of your certificate for you to send to the state, along with the application for renewal.
You're almost done, follow the next steps to complete the process:
BEFORE YOUR DUE DATE you must mail 1) your application 2) your certificate of completion and 3) a check for the DIR to the address below:

*IF IT IS AFTER YOUR DUE DATE then your certification has expired: Check Box 4 in section 2 on the application to retake your exam, and select the Type of Certification Examination Requested and make check payable to the DIR for $200
ATTN: You are mailing your renewal application to a PO Box so you must send via the US Postal Service, no other mail service will be accepted.
NOTE: SEND YOUR APPLICATION AND CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION AS SOON AS YOU HAVE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED THE REQUIREMENTS SPECIFIED ON THE APPLICATION."Your Continuing Education & 2000 hrs of electrical work".
HOWEVER due to the increased amount of electricians renewing their licenses the DAS is running approximately 4 weeks behind schedule. Try to submit your applications at least 4 weeks before your due date if possible.
